This FSG is issued by ANGEL GUARDIAN ALLIANCE TECHNOLOGY PTY LTD (ABN 12 687 927 279, CAR No. 001315666) and provides you with information about the financial services we are authorised to provide under the Australian Financial Services Licence (AFSL No. 224485) held by Opheleo Holdings Pty Ltd.

2. Who we are

ANGEL GUARDIAN ALLIANCE TECHNOLOGY PTY LTD is authorised to provide general financial product advice and to deal in the following products to wholesale clients:
– Derivatives
– Foreign Exchange Contracts

We do not provide personal advice.

3. Our obligations to you

We will act honestly, efficiently, and fairly. We only provide services to wholesale clients.

4. Fees and commissions

We may receive fees or commissions in relation to the services we provide. You will be informed of any applicable charges prior to receiving the service.

5. Relationships and associations

We are a Corporate Authorised Representative of Opheleo Holdings Pty Ltd. We may have commercial relationships with other service providers, but these relationships do not influence the services we provide.
